Our bespoke process typically takes 8–12 weeks from consultation to delivery, depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedule. Rush orders may be discussed upon request.
We offer full material selection (full-grain leather, suede, nubuck, vegan leather), colour choices, sole types (rubber, leather, hybrid), shoe size and fit, initials engraving, and embroidery placement on the heel, tongue, or inner side.
Each pair is individually quoted based on your specifications. Submit a customization request and we will respond with a detailed invoice within 24 hours.
At this time, we focus exclusively on bespoke creation. Repair services are not currently available through the website.
As each pair is made to your exact specifications, custom orders are non-refundable. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
